By using ContentBoost, you agree to these terms. We provide an AI-powered content generation service for comparison articles.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
Your Content
You own the content we generate for you. You're free to use, modify, and publish it however you like.
You're responsible for ensuring the content you publish complies with applicable laws and doesn't infringe on others' rights.
Acceptable Use
Don't use ContentBoost to:
- Generate false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other rights
- Spam or abuse the service
- Resell access to the service without authorization
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments & Refunds
All purchases are one-time payments for article credits. Prices are shown at checkout.
No refunds. Because our content is delivered instantly and has immediate value, we don't offer refunds on purchased credits.
However, if you're not happy with generated content, we'll regenerate it for free. Just let us know what's not working and we'll make it right.
Service Availability
We aim to keep ContentBoost available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
ContentBoost is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of ContentBoost after changes means you accept the new terms.
